we have a beehive repeatedly comming on the lintel ceiling very high and difficult to rmove pl suggest removal

We have a huge (tall appro.10 floors) building where we have on the top floor outside the window on its ceiling always behives no matter how often we have removed it is reoccuring again and it is such a odd place that safety wise also we are at risk.I would request to please suggest a permanent solution for removing this and prevent reoccuring is there ant conventional way or chemical treatment for this kindly suggest thanks....
