what are the rights of a wife to her husbands business?

my father has a lieing, cheating, stealling secretary working for him. it all started when my sister (who just started working for our father) told us that the secretary jennifer changed the time on her sisters time card (you fill it in on your own). My sister would NOT put the incorrect time on her card, shes not like that. yes this is illegal, but its my fathers business so we are not going to get the law involved. this same day my boyfiend went to the office severl times that day and know one was there. Jennifer (the secretary) said she was there all day! and we checked her time card and it said she was there from 8-6 and took a lunch from 1-2. but we know she was not there! and looked at the other days and they were also wrong!(the office is at our house so we know if she was there or not! also we noticed she gave a Big BIG discount to her sister which was not aloud! also she showed up at a clients house to pick them up(its a limo business)and thankfully it was faimly, she was late
