What can I do to dissovle a partnership?

I started a business approximately one year ago and my registered partner went to a local Bank an took my name off the checking account without my authorization. The board of Resolution stated that both of us needed to be present for all transactions at the Bank. However, the Bank allowed this indiviudal to changes with out me present. Help what can I do?
