What do you think about Wal-Mart's application process?

Ever since Wal-Mart had that new job application process on the computer, I've had trouble. It seems like they ask for extra employment history you may not have, they ask weird questions that doesn't always apply everyoen and they try to make it complicated. I'm good at computers, I know how to use them, but Wal-Mart's process is rediculous, you can't just skip the not applicable areas but I know I'm not making any sense. I've had a bad day and Wal-Mart sucks anyway.
