Wat is an appropriate answer to give when some one asks ';What's up';?

I work for a large corporation and we have a very informal work culture.

I can never answer properly when by boss or some one superior or any collegues ask... ';Hey man.. wat's up';??

I always end up saying.. ';Umm.. the 2nd floor'; or ';I am gud. And u?';
